Notice of intention to move resolutions for removal of director from office and to propose for election as director.

Reference is made to the announcements made on 17 March 2025, 27 March 2025, 8 April 2025, 19 August 2025, 5 May 2026 and 8 May 2026. All abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as the words and expressions defined in the said announcements.

 

The Company wishes to update that the Company has decided to discontinue Suit 54 and withdraw the appeal on the Court's decision on OS 90.

 

In this regard, the Company:

 

(1)    has filed an application for leave to discontinue Suit 54, with liberty to file a fresh and with costs of RM 43,087.45 to be paid by DTB to the Company. Hearing date of this application has been fixed on 26 August 2026; and

(2)    has sent a notice to the respondent to obtain their consent to withdraw the appeal.

 

Any further material development of the above matter will be made from time to time, where necessary.
