Reference is made to the Company's announcement made on 23 April 2026 ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, the terms stated herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of Agmo ("Board") wishes to announce that Agmo Studio Sdn. Bhd. ("Defendant"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 8 June 2026 filed its Statement of Defence and Counterclaim in response to the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim (Civil Suit No. WA-22NCvC-204-04/2026) ("Civil Suit") filed by Zitron Enterprise (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("Plaintiff").

The Defendant has categorically denied all allegations of breach of contract, misrepresentation, and wrongful termination as pleaded by the Plaintiff.

Significantly, the Defendant has not merely defended the Civil Suit, but has also filed a counterclaim ("Counterclaim") against the Plaintiff for sums due and owing in respect of works carried out under the Project. The Defendant's Counterclaim is for a sum of RM344,088.00 and such further sums to be assessed by the Court, together with interest and costs.

The Defendant maintains that the Plaintiff's allegations are without merit and has filed the Counterclaim to pursue the recovery of outstanding payments for work duly performed. The Company remains confident in the Defendant's legal position and intends to vigorously defend the Civil Suit and pursue its Counterclaim.

The Board will make further announcements as and when there are material developments in relation to the above matter.
