The Board of Directors of AmanahRaya Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn Bhd, the Manager of ARREIT wishes to announce that Encik Shahlan Bin Md Shukor has resigned as Member of Tender and Project Oversight Committee with effect from 8 June 2026.

The current composition of Tender and Project Oversight Committee after the change are as follows:-

a. Dato' Mohammed Noor Azmall Bin Jamaluddin (Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director);

b. Encik Kamarul Ariffin Bin Mohd Jamil (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director); and

c. Puan Aida Mosira Binti Mokhtar (Member, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director).
