The Board of Directors of Berjaya Corporation Berhad ("BCorporation") wishes to announce that its 100%-owned subsidiary, Berjaya Securities Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd) ("BSecurities") had on 8 June 2026 become a substantial shareholder of Citaglobal Berhad ("Citaglobal") following the subscription by BSecurities of 46,768,000 new ordinary shares in Citaglobal representing 8.64% of the enlarged issued share capital of Citaglobal ("Subscription").

The Subscription has no effect on the issued share capital or substantial shareholders' shareholdings of BCorporation and is not expected to have any material effect on the net assets, earnings and gearing of the BCorporation Group.
