The Board of Directors of OGX ("Board") wishes to announce that OGX Networks Sdn Bhd ("OGXN"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had, on 10 June 2026, accepted a letter of award ("LOA") from Customer E for the supply of fibre optic cables, patch panels and related materials for data centre applications ("Data Centre Products") for a total contract sum of RM96,640,023.00. Pursuant to the LOA, OGXN is required to deliver the Data Centre Products to Customer E within 6 months from the date of the LOA.

Customer E is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia and is principally involved in the supply and installation of cables and computer equipment.

The LOA is envisaged to strengthen OGX and its subsidiaries' presence in the data centre market and further enhance its participation in the data centre supply chain as the Data Centre Products are intended to support high-capacity fibre optic connectivity and related network infrastructure for data centre operations.
