The Board of Directors of Wentel is pleased to announce that Wentel Engineering Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has successfully obtained the Certificate of Completion and Compliance ("CCC") for its new manufacturing plant, namely Lot 815.

As disclosed in the Company's Prospectus, part of the proceeds raised from the IPO was allocated for the construction of Lot 815. The issuance of the CCC signifies the completion of the construction of Lot 815.

This announcement is made on a voluntary basis for the purpose of keeping shareholders informed about the progress of the construction of Lot 815.
