Further to the Company's announcement dated 23^rd April 2026 and  5^th May 2026, the Board of Directors of Asdion wishes to announce the following updates arising from the Case Management for Shah Alam Magistrate Court Suit No.: BA-A71NCVC-115-03/2026 ("Suit No. 115") which was fixed on 10^th June 2026, as follows:-

1. The Court has directed the Defendant to file Defence on or before 8 July 2026; and

    

2. With respect to Defendant's solicitor application to discharge themselves as Asdion's solicitors, the Court did not allow the withdrawal of the discharge. The matter has been fixed for further Case Management on 24 June 2026, which will be conducted physically at the Shah Alam Magistrate Court.

    

3. No further directions given by the Court to the Parties.
