Reference is made to the earlier announcements made in relation to the Proposed Scheme.

 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sealink, Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Sealink, had on 10 June 2026, received a letter from Carimin dated 10 June 2026 stating that they had agreed to grant a further extension of 21 days up to 30 June 2026 for Sealink to revert on its decision regarding the Proposed Scheme.

 

Carimin had also stated that save for the extension of the acceptance deadline, all other terms and conditions of the Proposal Letter (as announced on 12 May 2026) shall remain unchanged and continue in full force and effect.
