Reference is made to the earlier announcement of the Company dated 12 December 2025.

Unless otherwise defined, all terms and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement of the Company.

The Company had been informed by its Solicitors today that the Arbitrator had granted the Parties an extension of time on the following matters:-

1. Parties' Solicitors are to file their respective Closing Submissions by 30 June 2026; and

2. Parties' Solicitors are to file their respective Reply Submissions by 30 August 2026.

Accordingly, the Arbitrator is expected to deliver the arbitral award (decision) by 19 November 2026.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
