| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Sherman Yew Dan Ee ("Mr. Sherman") began his professional career with Ernst & Young PLT in 2014, where he managed audit portfolios across diverse industries, including Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Shared Services.
He joined Sapura Industrial Berhad on 2 September 2024 as General Manager, Group Finance & Accounts. In this role, he oversees the Group's financial reporting, corporate finance and treasury functions.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). |

Mr. Sherman is appointed as the Company's Group Financial Controller, replacing Puan Liyana Lee Binti Abdullah ("Puan Liyana"), who is currently the Company's Head of Corporate Services responsible for the Company's financial and secretarial matters, amongst others. Mr. Sherman shall take over Puan Liyana's finance role and functions specifically.
Puan Liyana shall retire from her role as the Company's Head of Corporate Services with effect from 14 July 2026, and thereafter continue her role as the Company Secretary and Advisor of the Company effective 15 July 2026. |
