Madam Pauline Teh Abdullah is a corporate finance professional with expertise in corporate recovery, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and strategic advisory across the Asia Pacific region. She has advised shareholders and creditors on a wide range of corporate and financial matters across diverse industries, including oil and gas, utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), healthcare, private equity and venture capital. She has over 28 years of professional experience in corporate finance and advisory services. 

Since 2020, she has been providing independent corporate advisory services, advising on investments in distressed assets, leading the acquisition of distress assets and undertaking restructuring and take-over exercises for companies listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. 

Prior to this, she served as Executive Director of Crowe Advisory Sdn. Bhd. from 2008 to 2020, where she headed the Corporate Advisory and Corporate Recovery division. 

She previously held senior positions with BDO Capital Consultants Sdn. Bhd., Hanafiah Teo & Associates, Perdana Merchant Bankers Berhad and Public Bank Berhad. She previously served on the Valuation Committee and Insolvency Practice Committee of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), as well as the Joint Insolvency Practice Committee comprising representatives from MIA and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).
