In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

  1. Whether Teleport Everywhere Pte. Ltd ("TES") and Big Pay Pte. Ltd ("Big Pay") are major subsidiaries of CAPITALA.
  2. Total cost of investment in TES and Big Pay.
  3. The net book value of TES and Big Pay.
  4. The financial and operational impact of the Notice on the Group.
  5. The expected losses, if any, arising from the Notice.
  6. The expected timeline to file the written notice to object the seizure of Move Digital Sdn Bhd's assets.
