DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN APPLICABLE TO THE FINAL DIVIDEND IN RESPECT OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025 ("8TH DRP")

We refer to the Company's announcements dated 26 February 2026, 10 March 2026, 1 April 2026, 22 April 2026, 4 June 2026 and 11 June 2026 ("Announcements") in relation to the 8th DRP. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply in this announcement.

 

On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the 8th DRP has been completed on 12 June 2026 following the listing of and quotation for 92,557,536 new ABB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 12 June 2026.

 

With the listing of the said new ABB Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of ABB is RM5,682,914,341.33 comprising 2,626,392,918 ABB Shares.
