The Company wishes to announce that the SIS of CN Asia Corporation Bhd which has been in force for a period of five (5) years since its implementation on 15 June 2021 is expiring on 14 June 2026.

Pursuant to Clause 19.7 of the SIS By-Laws, all the unexercised SIS Options shall lapse on 14 June 2026.

As at the date of this announcement, 600,000 SIS Options remained unexercised and will lapse upon the expiry of the SIS.

Accordingly, the SIS Committee of CN Asia Corporation Bhd will be dissolved on 14 June 2026.
