The Board of Directors of Sum Technology ("Board") wishes to announce that Sum Technic Sdn Bhd ("Sum Technic"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 12 June 2026 accepted a letter of award ("LOA") from K Test Malaysia Sdn Bhd ("K-Test") for the design and build of a Class 100K, ISO 8-certified clean room setup for K-Test's project at Ipoh Pengkalan Plant, Perak, Malaysia for a total contract sum of RM20,457,105.00. The scope includes secondary steel support structures with walkable ceilings, conductive electrostatic discharge vinyl flooring, vacuum-insulated stainless steel liquid nitrogen (LN2) piping, dual oil-free compressors with multi-stage filter packages, and full local authority submittals for BOMBA certificate and building approval processing ("Project").
