Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 13 February 2026 and 30 March 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.

 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that no appearance has been entered by the first Defendant and a judgement in default has been entered against the first defendant by the Company through its solicitors, Messrs. NZ Ling & Co.

 

The Court has ordered the first Defendant to pay the Company as follows:

  1. the sum of RM500,000.00 to the Company;
  2. general damages to be assessed by the Honourable Court; and
  3. interest at the rate of 5% per annum on the sum of RM500,000.00 calculated from the date of judgement until the date of full settlement
