The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (the "Company" or "KPGB" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. has on 15 June 2026 received and accepted a letter of award dated 12 June 2026 from BRDB Developments Sdn. Bhd., in respect of the execution and completion of a building contract at Lot 480191, Jalan Gallagher, Taman Duta, Bukit Tunku, Kuala Lumpur for a fixed lump sum contract price of Ringgit Malaysia Five Hundred Twenty Nine Million Three Hundred and Nineteen Thousand Only (RM529,319,000).
