Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 18 May 2026 and 19 May 2026.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has appointed TA Securities Holdings Berhad as its Sponsor pursuant to Rule 8.04(3)(a)(ii) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The Company has approximately 10 months to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval and will make further announcements in relation to any latest development on this matter from time to time.
