Reference is made to the Company's Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, which was submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 30 March 2026.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.25A of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, listed issuers are required to disclose the Shariah screening status of their securities as determined under the Securities Commission Malaysia's List of Shariah-Compliant Securities, together with the relevant information prescribed under Paragraph 9.25A of the Main Market Listing Requirements.

Accordingly, the Company wishes to provide the required disclosure, which is set out in Appendix A attached to this announcement.

Save for the disclosure contained in Appendix A, all other information contained in the Annual Report 2025 remains unchanged.

This Errata should be read in conjunction with the Annual Report 2025.
