Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 4 May 2026, 5 May 2026, 11 May 2026, 25 May 2026 and 4 June 2026 in relation to the Offer. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforementioned announcements in relation to the Offer.

 

The Board of Director of Maxim Global wishes to announce that the Company had on 15 June 2026 received a press notice from UOBKH, on behalf of the Joint Offerors, informing that the Offer has closed at 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Monday, 15 June 2026 ("Closing Date").
