We refer to the announcements dated 14 January 2026, 15 January 2026, 22 January 2026, 28 January 2026, 18 March 2026, 30 March 2026, 31 March 2026, 30 April 2026, 6 May 2026, 7 May 2026, 9 June 2026 and 15 June 2026 in relation to the Private Placement ("Announcements").
