On behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 15 June 2026, via its solicitors, filed a petition to the High Court of Malaya to obtain an order confirming the reduction of the share capital of the Company under Section 116 of the Act, to give effect to the Proposed Share Capital Reduction.
