We wish to announce that 99SMART-C25 has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 16 June 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:

= Number of 99SMART-C25 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of 99SMART-C25 x (RM3.3700 - RM3.6800) x (1/3)
= Number of 99SMART-C25 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM3.3700 was determined based on the average closing price of the 99SMART Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised 99SMART-C25 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to 99SMART-C25 shall terminate absolutely.
