Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 28 January 2026, 12 February 2026, 27 April 2026, 28 April 2026, 22 May 2026 and 25 May 2026 respectively.

The Board of Directors of Chin Hin Group Berhad ("CHGB" or "the Company") wishes to further announce that:

1. Status of Court Proceedings

We refer to the Company's announcements made on 25 May 2026 in relation to KKSB's application under Sections 43 and 44 of the Courts of Judicature Act 1964 to be filed at the Court of Appeal ("S.43 & 44 Application"), to preserve the status quo of the matter pending disposal of KKSB's Appeal before the Court of Appeal.

On 16 June 2026, the Court of Appeal has allowed KKSB's S.43 & 44 Application to preserve the status quo of the matter pending disposal of KKSB's Appeal before the Court of Appeal.

2. Confirmation as to Whether KKSB is a Major Subsidiary

KKSB is not a major subsidiary.

3. Further Announcements

The Company will make the appropriate announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") as and when there are material developments in relation thereto in accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
