Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 18 March 2026 in respect of the Proposed Acquisition.

 

The Board of Paramount is pleased to announce that the Balance Purchase Price of RM232,099,396.20 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition has been fully settled on 16 June 2026, marking the completion of the Proposed Acquisition on even date.
