We refer to the Company's announcements made on 28 December 2018, 25 February 2019, 26 March 2019, 25 August 2022, 24 September 2024, 8 December 2025 and 26 February 2026 in respect of the Sukuk Murabahah Programme undertaken by Paramount Capital Resources Sdn Bhd (PCR), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Paramount Corporation Berhad (Paramount).

Paramount wishes to announce that PCR has on 16 June 2026 made a new issue of RM232,099,000.00 in nominal value of Sukuk Murabahah pursuant to the said Sukuk Murabahah Programme, bringing the total Sukuk Murabahah in issue to RM347,898,000.00 in nominal value as of to-date.
