We wish to announce that KERJAYA-C5 has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 16 June 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of KERJAYA-C5 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of KERJAYA-C5 x (RM2.2080 - RM2.8800) x (1/3)
= Number of KERJAYA-C5 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM2.2080 was determined based on the average closing price of the KERJAYA Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised KERJAYA-C5 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to KERJAYA-C5 shall terminate absolutely.
