We refer to the SIS which was approved by the shareholders of OVH at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 21 July 2025.

 

Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, OVH wishes to announce that OVH has offered options to Eligible Persons in accordance with the By-laws of the SIS, the details of which are as follows:

(b)Number of shares offered :16,505,000
(c)Exercise price of shares offered :RM0.185
(d)Closing price of OVH's shares on the Date of Offer :RM0.200
