Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the announcements dated 1 October 2025, 27 October 2025, 31 October 2025, 28 November 2025, 1 December 2025, 2 December 2025, 13 March 2026, 15 April 2026 and 6 May 2026 ("Announcements").
Further to the Announcements, the Company wishes to announce that the Kuala Lumpur High Court has on 16 June 2026:
- allowed the 6th Defendant's Application for Third Party Directions (Enclosure 77), in respect of the Third Party Notice previously issued by the 6th Defendant against Nadicorp Holdings Sdn. Bhd., seeking an indemnity and/or contribution from the Third Party in relation to the Plaintiff's claims against the 6th Defendant; and
- directed that the trial of the suit is fixed from 22 to 25 February 2027.
The Company will make further announcements on any material development on the matter.
