We refer to the Company's announcement dated 15 June 2026 in relation to the announcement made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("The HKEx") by Parkson Retail Group Limited ("PRGL"), listed on The HKEx and a 54.97% owned subsidiary of the Company, on the circular to shareholders in relation to the very substantial acquisition in relation to the renewal of a tenancy in Shanghai, the People's Republic of China ("Very Substantial Acquisition") ("Earlier Announcement").

Unless otherwise stated, the terms used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcement.

PRGL had on 17 June 2026, made a clarification announcement in relation to the circular for the Very Substantial Acquisition ("Circular") to clarify an inadvertent typographical error on the cover page of the English version of the Circular ("PRGL Announcement"). A copy of the PRGL Announcement, which sets out the details of the inadvertent typographical error, is attached herewith. Except for the revised cover page, all other information contained in the English version of the Circular remains unchanged, and the Circular can be downloaded from the website of HKEX at https://www1.hkexnews.hk/listedco/listconews/sehk/2026/0616/2026061600670.pdf.
