The Board of Directors of EIP Power Berhad ("EIP" or the "Company") wishes to announce that EI Power Technologies Sdn Bhd ("EIPT" or "Subcontractor"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 18 June 2026 accepted a Works Subcontract Agreement awarded by the Main Contractor for the appointment of EIPT as subcontractor for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of the fuel system works for the Data Centre located in Johor, Malaysia ("Subcontract Works"), for a total subcontract sum of RM90,096,126.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Ninety Million Ninety-Six Thousand One Hundred and Twenty-Six Only).
