On behalf of the Board, KAF IB is pleased to announce that the Company has today received a press release dated 18 June 2026 issued by the Issuing House pertaining to the level of subscription and the basis of allotment/allocation in relation to the IPO ("Issuing House Press Release").

1.      Distribution for the placement tranche; and

2.      Disclosure of placees who become substantial shareholders of RT Pastry arising from the IPO, if any.
