We refer to our announcement dated 16 June 2026 in relation to the resignation of Morison LC PLT (LLP0032572-LCA & AF002469) ("Morison") as Auditors of UCrest Berhad ("UCrest" or "the Company") for the financial year ending 30 September 2026.

The Board of Directors of UCrest ("the Board") wishes to announce that the Board had approved the Audit Committee's recommendation to appoint UHY Malaysia PLT (LLP0041391-LCA & AF1411) ("UHY") as the new auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 September 2026. However, the appointment is subject to the following:-

1. The end of Morison's term of office which is twenty one (21) days from 15 June 2026 pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act 2016 ("the Act"); and

2. The Company receiving the written consent to act as Auditors of the Company from UHY Malaysia PLT pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Act.

Further announcement will be made by the Company once the Written Consent has been received.
