The Board of Directors of LFG wishes to announce that Lianson Fleet Pte. Ltd. ("LFPL") or its affiliate, associated company or related entity as may be nominated by LFPL had on 26 May 2026  entered into a Memorandum of Agreement for the acquisition of MV Sea Affluence ("Vessel") for cash consideration of USD15.5 million (approximately RM60.9 million based on Bank Negara Malaysia's USD/MYR exchange rate as at 5:00 p.m. on 16 June 2026, being the latest practicable date prior to this announcement) from an unrelated third-party.
