The Board of Directors of BCM wishes to announce that the Company had on 18 June 2026 entered into a share sale agreement ("SSA") with Ho Kee Wee ("Purchaser") for the proposed disposals of the entire equity interest in CS Laundry System Sdn. Bhd. and 99.97% equity interest in CS Laundry System Philippines Corp. to Ho Kee Wee for a total cash consideration of RM20.00 million, comprising:
- the equity consideration of RM12,503,677 for the 201,000 ordinary shares in CS Laundry System Sdn. Bhd. and 10,997 common shares in CS Laundry System Philippines Corp. (representing the Company's 100% equity interest in CS Laundry System Sdn. Bhd. and 99.97% equity interest in CS Laundry System Philippines Corp.); and
- the amount owing by CS Laundry System Philippines Corp. to BCM amounting to RM7,496,323, which shall be settled by the Purchaser as part of the terms of the SSA.
