= Number of DIALOG-C2O x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of DIALOG-C2O x (RM1.9429 - RM2.2000) x (1/3.5)
= Number of DIALOG-C2O x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 1.9429 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the DIALOG Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and DIALOG-C2O shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of DIALOG-C2O shall terminate absolutely.
