We wish to announce that FFB-C27 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 19 June 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of FFB-C27 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of FFB-C27 x (RM2.2597 - RM2.3000) x (1/3)
= Number of FFB-C27 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 2.2597 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the FFB Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and FFB-C27 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of FFB-C27 shall terminate absolutely.
