We refer to the announcements dated 10 September 2025, 12 September 2025, 7 November 2025, 11 November 2025, 24 December 2025, 29 December 2025, 26 January 2026, 30 January 2026, 5 February 2026 and 6 February 2026 in relation to amongst others, the Share Capital Reduction ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 19 June 2026 received a notice dated 18 June 2026 issued by the Registrar of Companies confirming the reduction of share capital. Accordingly, the Share Capital Reduction is effective as at 18 June 2026.

 

Following the completion of the Share Capital Reduction, the issued share capital of the Company as at 18 June 2026 is RM9.50 million comprising 450,641,219 Shares.
