The Board of Directors of Titijaya wishes to announce that Titijaya Makmur Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Titijaya, had on 22 June 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Jasa Cendana Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 200001032701 (535308-D)) for the acquisition of a leasehold  land held under Pajakan Negeri 112369, Lot 14756, Mukim Bukit Raja, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor measuring approximately 6.071 hectares for a total cash consideration of  RM47,393,280.00.
