GLM REIT Management Sdn Bhd ("GLM REIT Management"), the Manager of Tower REIT, wishes to announce that GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad, the holding company of GLM REIT Management has on 23 June 2026 divested 20% equity interest in GLM REIT Management ("Divestment") to HL Management Co Sdn Bhd ("HLMC"). The Divestment was completed today. 

HLMC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Leong Company (Malaysia) Berhad, an unlisted public company incorporated in Malaysia.

Following the Divestment, GLM's equity interest in GLM REIT Management is 80%.

The Securities Commission Malaysia has approved the change of shareholding in GLM REIT Management.
