(For consistency, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as those previously defined in the announcement dated 15 July 2020 in relation to the 30% Private Placement.)

 

Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 15 July 2020, 24 July 2020, 24 August 2020, 25 August 2020, 14 September 2020, 17 September 2020, 18 September 2020, 13 June 2023, 27 June 2024 and 30 June 2025, respectively in relation to the 30% Private Placement. 

 

The Board of Directors of Lambo had on 24 June 2026 approved the extension of the timeframe for the full utilisation of the proceeds raised from the 30% Private Placement.
