Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 12 May 2021, 9 June 2021, 21 June 2021, 9 July 2021, 26 July 2021, 27 July 2021, 12 August 2021, 6 September 2021, 13 September 2021, 13 June 2023, 9 August 2023, 27 June 2024 and 30 June 2025, respectively in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants.

 

The Board of Directors of Lambo had on 24 June 2026 approved the extension of the timeframe for the full utilisation of the proceeds raised from the Rights Issue with Warrants.
