Reference is made to the disclosure in the Company's prospectus dated 7 October 2025 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered into by IAB Group with Universiti Malaysia Sarawak ("UNIMAS") on 19 December 2024 to enhance research and development, education and capabilities in the fields of Artificial Intelligence ("AI"), Internet of Things ("IoT"), Geographic Information System ("GIS") and digital technology.

The Board of Directors of IAB wishes to inform that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU since the disclosure made in the Company's prospectus dated 7 October 2025.

Further announcement on any material development in respect of the MOU will be made in due course.
