The Board of Directors of Jentayu Sustainbles Berhad ("Board") wishes to inform that, following to the proposed disposal of 100% equity interest held in the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, Ultimate Forte Sdn. Bhd., as announced by the Company on 26 June 2026 ("Proposed Disposal"), the Group's Healthcare Division will cease its operations accordingly.

The cessation of operations of the Group's Healthcare Division is expected to be completed by end of July 2026, subject to the completion of the Proposed Disposal.

The Board of Jentayu Sustainables Berhad is of the opinion that the cessation of the operations in Healthcare Division is of the best interests of the Group to focus on its core business of renewable energy, and the decisions relating to the Proposed Disposal and cessation of operations were made based on the Group's future business prospects and past financial performance.

The Board will make the necessary announcement(s) of any further development, if required.
