Remarks :

The Warrants B will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the submission of the application for the quotation of the Warrants B to Bursa Securities.

The notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to all entitled shareholders of RLEB within 4 market days from the Entitlement Date.
