Furtherance to the Company's announcements dated 3 December 2025, 5 December 2025 and 9 December 2025 ("Earlier Announcement") in respect of the Acquisition of Property by 

Bripanel Industries Sdn. Bhd., a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company, the Board of Directors of DOMINAN wishes to provide the following update:

1. Status of the Acquisition

The Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") dated 3 December 2025 has become unconditional, following the fulfilment of all conditions precedent as set out in the SPA.

2. Expected Completion Date

The SPA is expected to be completed by October 2026.
