Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 9 February 2026,11 February 2026, 19 February 2026, 4 March 2026, 7 May 2026 and 12 June 2026 on the above matter.
Unless otherwise defined, the capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Company's earlier announcements.
The Company wishes to announce that, following the case management held on 24 June 2026 and continued on 26 June 2026, the Court has fixed the next case management on 12 October 2026.
The Company also wishes to announce that it's solicitors, acting on behalf of the Company as the 7th Defendant, have filed for a Striking Out Application as the 7th Defendant against the Writ of Summons dated 4 February 2026 and Statement of Claim dated 13 February 2026 ("Enclosure 57"). The hearing of Enclosure 57 has also been fixed on 12 October 2026.
The Company will make the necessary announcements as and when there are further developments in relation thereto.
