PROPOSED SUBSCRIPTION OF 2.32 MILLION NEW ORDINARY SHARES REPRESENTING 29% STAKE IN MANJARAN SDN BHD

On behalf of the Board of Directors of BProperty, Berjaya Securities Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd) wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 June 2026 entered into a conditional share subscription agreement with Manjaran Sdn Bhd ("Manjaran") for the proposed subscription of 2.32 million new ordinary shares in Manjaran, representing 29.00% of the enlarged issued share capital of Manjaran, for a total subscription consideration of RM58.00 million ("Proposed Subscription").
