We refer to our previous announcement made on 09 January 2013 in relation to the Joint Ventures Agreement between TWL Builders Sdn Bhd (previously known as Tiger Synergy Development Sdn Bhd), the wholly-owned subsidiary of TWL Holdings Berhad ("TWL"), with Pentas Irama Sdn Bhd. 

The Board of Directors of TWL wishes to announce that the Parties had on 29 June 2026, agreed to terminate the Joint Venture mutually in accordance with the provision in the Joint Venture Agreement.
