The Board of Directors of YLI wishes to announce that Yew Lean Industries Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of YLI has on 29 June 2026, entered into a joint development agreement with Puncak Alam Housing Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 199301008543 (263280-A)] to undertake a development on all that piece of vacant land located along Persiaran Puncak Alam 3, Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan identified as Plot 1, Mukim Ijok, Daerah Kuala Selangor, Negeri Selangor measuring approximately 10.963 acres.
